ABOUT FOUNDATION CUSTOM HOMES
A Builder. A Designer. One Vision for Home.
Foundation Custom Homes was built around a simple belief:
A well-built home should also be thoughtfully designed.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Ethan and Sara Luffman, Foundation Custom Homes brings construction and interior design together to create a more connected custom home experience.
Ethan leads the building process, bringing hands-on construction knowledge, craftsmanship and project management to every home.
Sara leads the interior design process through SL Designs, developing the materials, finishes, lighting and details that give each home its personality.
Together, they bring two perspectives to every project — construction and design — while keeping the process personal from beginning to end.
Our goal is simple:
To create homes that are thoughtfully planned, beautifully designed and built to last.

Our faith shapes the way we approach our work, our relationships and the people we serve.
FAMILY
We're building a family business, and we understand that a home is more than a structure. It's where life happens.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
